The Future of Recruitment Marketing concludes with a panel discussion on the topic of building the future leaders that our organisations need in order to continue to grow and maintain the ability to attract the calibre of people we all want on our teams.
Our panel is made up of a combination of youth and experience to ensure we hear not only from those that have considerable experience but also from those at the start of their career journey and find our what's important to them when deciding on where they want to work.
Chair, Institute of Directors, Northern Ireland
As well as being Chair of the Institute of Directors in Northern Ireland Gordon is Deputy Chief Executive at Translink.
Prior to this he held the role of Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development at Translink and this experience ensures he is in a position to provide us all with valuable insights into the challenges involved in managing and motivating people in a large organisation.
Camilla is a coach and facilitator with Bespoke Communications - a people development agency founded with her business partner, Sarah Travers.
Camilla started her career as a software developer and built a successful sales career in financial markets in Tokyo and London before returning home where she now lives with her family on the north coast of Ireland.
Her latest venture - Career Encode - involves working with sectoral clusters to help address the skills shortage and build talent pipelines to meet future resource requirements.
Jamie is Digital Marketing Executive with Glaze Digital and in his short career to date he has also worked in marketing in the recruitment sector.
Most recently he was a speaker at the recent Disrupt HR event in Belfast where he spoke on the topic of '5 Things a Young Careerist Wants from the Workplace'.
Anyone who has met Jamie will agree that he is a very engaging young man with a passion to learn, a willingness to try new things and a determination to find a rewarding career path.
Herbert Smith Freehills
Steven is a Solicitor with international law firm, Herbert Smith Freehills who have their Belfast office in the Gasworks on the Ormeau Road.
Steven started his career with Herbert Smith Freehills as a Legal Analyst in 2013 before starting a training contract as a Trainee Solicitor in 2015 which gave him the opportunity to work across a variety of disciplines and spent time working in London.
The company places a lot of value on building and engaged team and Steven will give us an insight into some of the many initiatives undertaken by Herbert Smith Freehills to build engagement, promote diversity and provide everyone with opportunities for both personal and professional development.
