Post-Brexit Recruitment Marketing

Recruit great people. Reduce time to fill. Lower recruitment costs.

8th October 2019 | The Heath, Runcorn, England

Why Recruitment Marketing?

With the date of our departure from the EU looming there is no doubt that we are all facing an increasingly challenging recruitment environment.

The ability to attract and retain good people - to paraphrase the late, great Brian Clough, I’m not saying it’s the biggest challenge your business faces, but it’s definitely in the Top 1.

In this environment we can’t simply keep doing what we’ve always done - or we’ll get even less than we’ve always got.

Getting the right people on board is the oxygen that every business needs in order to survive and prosper - and we need to look at every stage of the recruitment process and make changes that will allow us to attract and retain the people we need to deliver our growth ambitions.

That’s exactly what we’ll do at this recruitment marketing event where we’ve brought together specialists in the recruitment marketing arena, businesses who are already doing great work and technology providers who can help us recruit the great people our businesses need.
